When you've made an investment in new equipment, we appreciate how keen you are to get up and running as fast as possible - and realising the benefits quickly too.

There are a number of ways in which we make things easy for you:

  • Our trained sales support team give all your equipment a complete check over before it is delivered to your premises, just to make doubly sure everything is working as it should do.
  • We agree planned delivery slots, so you can plan around us, and we cause minimum disruption to your business.
  • We work safely using equipment such as stairwalkers as well as maintaining an impeccable Health & Safety record. All our staff undergo training and, most importantly, are aware of the risks to themselves and others when moving and installing equipment. They will also ensure that all building access issues have been addressed prior to delivery.
  • We can take away your old equipment and all the packaging from your new equipment - and we either recycle or dispose of it responsibly on your behalf.
  • Our on-site team provides basic user training straight away - so you can start using the equipment as soon as it arrives. We then follow up with more in depth training within a few days to get everyone fully up to speed.
